This Marquis had numerous people wanting to buy it before I was able to drive it off the car lot.

The electronic gauges show a 19.6 average in-town mileage.
AM/FM, cassette, and 6 CD changer (the changer is located in the trunk). The audio quality of the stereo is quite good.
The automatic climate control works well, and the fan is noticeably quieter than many other vehicles'.
The engine compartment has purposefully not been cleaned so that the buyer can see that the engine has not been tampered with.

Overview: Dark red exterior, tan leather interior, four door sedan, 4.6L V8, rear wheel drive, four speed automatic, electric windows, electric locks, keyless entry, factory aluminum wheels, automatic climate control, digital gauges, AM/FM/CD/Cassette, 6 CD changer, about 142,000 miles, traction control, and most every available option except a sun roof. EPA rates the Grand Marquis at 15 city, 22 highway, but the car regularly gets around 20 miles per gallon in town and about 28 miles per gallon on the highway. This Marquis rides very nice and has no known oil leaks.
Known Defects: The spare wheel has no tire. One or both brake rotors are lightly warped. The driver's seat has sizable wear on the left backrest panel. The car could use a thorough detailing.
Highlights:
This is one of the few sedans that are still available with rear wheel drive, and it has a V8 too. It is noticeable in traffic that other drivers are more cautious when near a vehicle of this size (a much safer car, a selling point for those of us who have been run into and injured in small cars). The Grand Marquis may be the ideal luxury car since it is dependable, comfortable, and priced within reach of most buyers.
